I am currently looking at games where the home or away team lead by 2 goals.
In today's games (I have looked at Premiership, Championship and the Bundesliga), there were only five that matched this criteria
Bournemouth v Millwall
23rd 1-0
26th 2-0 odds 1.06 / 1.08
75th 2-1 odds 1.13 / 1.16
89th 2-2 odds 6.4 / 7.6
Bremen v Paderborn
1-0 10th
2-0 48th odds 1.09 / 1.10
3-0 50th
4-0 80th
Man u v Hull
16th
42nd 2-0 Odds 1.03 / 1.04
67th 3-0 Odds -- / 1.01
Leeds v Derby
42nd 1-0
49th 2-0 Odds 1.21 / 1.23
Brentford v Wolves
28th 1-0
74th 2-0 odds 1.03 / 1.04
83rd 3-0 odds -- / 1.01
NB: Odds are from Betfair at time of goal, (bet odds / lay odds)
Only Bournemouth lost when they lead 2-0, and the other game of interest was the Leeds v Derby game, Leeds lead 2-0 and the odds were at a tasty 1.21 on betfair, and I was debating this.
I noticed that the other games where the team lead 2-0 the odds were considerably lower. So I may look at this next week, and see whether this is an interesting lay bet.
Mainly bet on the UK football, and have an okay knowledge in that area. More likely get the results wrong, but always keep trying. So, always research the games and do not take my comments too literal.

Premiership Relegation battle
Its a New year, and I have decided to have a look at the Relegation odds to see how much the Festive periods has altered the odds
Crystal Palace (17th) and Sunderland (20th) are favourite to drop, and I would have assumed the team at the bottom of the table will be odds on to be relegated, but C Palace is fave for this.
Odds taken from Betfair on 02/01/2014 |
